I would like to share a little information with you on how a little bit of  “mother nature” i.e Essential Oils, can offer so many health benefits for you during the coming winter months

For Coughs & Colds = A few drops in a diffuser/oil burner or add a few drops to a nice bath.

PMT = Chamomile, Orange or Lavender.

Anxiety = Bergamot, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender, Orange Blossom


Just a few named here but there is a huge range of essential oils that offer so many health and well-being benefits.

When using essential oils on the skin, please mix them with a carrier oil, like Grapeseed or Sweet Almond for example, these base oils are also very nourishing to the skin on their own.  Nourishing and feeding the skin helping to protect it from the elements .

You can add 4 to 5 drops of your chosen essential oil to the carrier oil then apply to the areas you will feel the most benefit.


For example, a blend of Roman Chamomile can help soothe skin problems like, acne, boils, burns, cuts and insect bites, teething pain {for babies 2 drops to 5ml of carrier} and toothache.

Roman Chamomile is also great for circulation, muscle and joint pain.  Migraine and Headaches, insomnia and stress related complaints.

Always a good one to keep in the medical cabinet.

I do keep a small stock of oils to sell, price ranges from £3.50 to £8.00. I can make specific blends also but will need to gather more information from you to ensure the correct blend is made, ie allergies etc.

You can also purchase essential oils from any reputable essential oil supplier.
